TOWA's governance is through a Board of Directors. We have a paid Managing Consultant that oversees the activities of TOWA for the board. Each director serves a two year term. There are 15 positions, including 5 on the Executive Committee and 10 Directors at Large. Expiration of Term in in Parenthesis. (10) means term expires in 2010. This Board receives no compensation and pay their own expenses to attend to TOWA business.
